Evan Cummings has been working in home repair and maintenance for over a decade. He started out doing carpentry and general repairs before expanding into the full range of handyman services that Osprey Handyman offers today. Evan built his reputation by showing up on time, giving honest estimates, and getting the job done right the first time.
He knows how to handle everything from minor fixes to larger repair projects and takes pride in treating every customer's home with care and respect. When Evan visits your property, you're getting someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his standing in the Sarasota community.

Licensing & Insurance
Osprey Handyman carries general liability insurance for every job. If you have questions about our coverage or want documentation before work begins, just ask — we're happy to provide it. We operate within the scope of Florida handyman regulations and do not perform work that requires a licensed specialty contractor (electrical panel work, structural modifications, permitted plumbing, etc.).
If your job requires a licensed contractor, we'll tell you upfront rather than take it on and do it poorly. That's part of how we maintain the trust of our customers.
